Pultrusion Process
To manufacture FRP pultruded profiles we mechanically draw continuous fiber roving and fibre mat through a resin bath and then through a series of forming guides and finally through a heated mould. Pultruded section are stronger than molded products because of the higher glass Fibre content.
The benefits of FRP pultruded section also include corrosion resistance, slip resistance, light weight, high strength-to-weight ratio, non-conductive, non-magnetic, fire retardant, impact resistant, superior economics and low maintenance.
